Kervan Gida employees refrain from acts which may result in a conflict of interest and strive to protect the interest of the company while on duty and also avoid acts which may convenience them or their close relations. We will
not allow company interests and personal interests to result in conflict or our employees to attain inappropriate personal benefits through their positions and also will not allow them to provide conveniences to their close relations or any other third party.

Working Hours

Kervan Gıda, has established a separate program for its White Collar and Blue Collar employees. The total working hours for all of our employees is 45 hours a week; our White Collar employees work during the week (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 18:00 while our Blue Collar employess work on shifts.

Training System
All of Kervan Gıda’s employees are subject to orientation and work training beginning on the first day of employment, and provided a successful as well as productive period of adjustment. Furthermore, whether it be necessitated by industry dynamics and/or innovations brought on by technology, contributions to personel and professional development are provided through necessary training.

Performance Evaluation System
Our White Collar and Blue Collar employees are evaluated in accordance with the Goal and Competence Based Performance Management System throughout the year and may be rewarded with a performance bonus.


Social Rights
Our employees are provided with food and transportation.
